Mainland Great Britain Delivery is usually within 5 working days. Remote locations may take a little longer. Please note that some items may arrive separately dependant on the products ordered.
Mainland Britain. (Wales, Scotland, England)
Mainland Britain Delivery is a cost of £39.99 per order. (For orders that include Laminate, or Wood Flooring)
Accessory only orders are £9.99. Orders that include Underlay, but without any flooring are £14.99.
Rugs – Free Delivery.
Deliveries are a curb-side, 1 man service to an accessible ground floor entrance.
Scottish Highlands Delivery
Highlands Delivery is a cost of £49.99 per order. (For orders that include Laminate, LVT. or Wood Flooring).
Accessory only orders are £9.99. Orders that include Underlay, but without any flooring are £14.99.
Rugs – £15 delivery charge.
Deliveries are a curb-side, 1 man service to an accessible ground floor entrance.
Off-Shore, Isles, Remote areas, Northern Ireland
There are areas in the UK that we cannot deliver to, or that will incur extra delivery costs. Please check with us before placing an order if you live in one of these areas to receive an accurate delivery cost. – Shipping costs calculated by our website ordering system may not correctly reflect the actual cost to these areas, and we reserve the right to invoice you for the extra cost or cancel and refund your order.
Upon Receipt of Goods
Please note that manufacturers, Wholesalers and Retailers often use different product names for the same flooring product. Do not worry if the product name is different on the packaging label than shows on your receipt. However, please check prior to unpackaging, cutting or fitting, that you have received the correct goods, quantity, colour and design, etc. In the unlikely event that a wrong product has been provided, we must be able to retrieve it in a perfect, resalable condition.
